How to Apply
1. Set Up a Secure Online Application Account
(either as an Agent account or as a Personal Account)

2. Complete all of the information in the online application and upload all of the required documents.
3. Submit your application online.
NOTE: The online application will not allow you to submit the application until all of the necessary documents have been uploaded.
4. Upon receipt of your COMPLETED application and application fee, we will provide you with an official letter of Acceptance to Battle River School Division.
You will need to use this Letter of Acceptance in order to apply for a Study Permit from Citizen and Immigration Canada.

Please ensure you have read and understand our refund policy. If:
- Your Study Permit is denied: You will receive a full tuition and homestay accommodation fee refund (less a $250 administration fee), if your Study Permit application is denied by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. A copy of the rejection letter must be submitted with the refund request.
- You cannot attend for other reasons: You will receive two-thirds (2/3) refund of the tuition and homestay accommodation fees if you withdraw prior to the commencement of classes as per the Duration of Study (program) dates on the letter of acceptance.
- You withdraw or are expelled from the Battle River School Division Program or Canada Homestay International Program: Once classes have begun, no refund will be given.
- Late arrivals: When a student arrives late, there will be no refund for the time period missed.
